Windows that remember position and size in the settings.

Methods

static void Remember(RSettings s, Window w, string name)

Gives the window the position and size saved under name and saves them again when they change. Call it before Show.

static bool Visible(IReadOnlyList<Screen> screens, PixelPoint p)

Whether a window with its top left corner at p would show at least its title bar (a 100 × 30 pixel corner) on one of the screens.
