static string Si(double value, string unit = "", int digits = 4, CultureInfo culture = null): The number with the SI prefix that leaves 1 to 999 before the point, digits significant digits at most, and the unit after a space (none if unit is empty and the prefix is empty).
static double Round(double value, int digits): The number rounded to the given significant digits.
static double Parse(string text, string unit = ""): Reads «1.5p», «4k7», «10 MHz» (the unit after the prefix is ignored when unit says what it is), «2.2e-3», «5%».
static bool TryParse(string text, out double value, string unit = ""): Parse without exceptions: false if the text is not a number. A text that does not begin as a number («C1», «ceramic») is refused at once, so that a column of a hundred thousand names costs no exception (sorting RVirtualTable asks this of every cell).
